I just moved to this area from downtown and having this gem next to my apartment is an added bonus. I love that they offer more than just pho!
The gentleman that works as the main boss is more than welcoming and all smiles, which I find rare and endearing in Seattle.
I've tried the combination pho, veggie pho, and my fiancé has had the seafood hot pot. All were delicious. I found the seafood hot pot especially tasty and reasonably priced. I can't wait to come back to try other items on the menu soon! -

I've walked by Pho Huy multiple times and I am always nervous trying new pho places because you never know how they will be. And, I LOVE IT HERE! I ordered to go for my first time so this is my thoughts on the to go service and the food.
The pho broth is delicious. It's clean and flavorful and not sweet and doesn't feel like there is MSG. They also gave me so much mint and bean sprouts which I so so appreciate especially when ordering to go. They also included hoisin and sriracha if you don't have that at home. I will definitely make this my new pho spot since it is in walking distance from my place.
We also got the pork banh mi. Upon arrival they told me they were out of pork and if chicken was okay. I was a little bummed about this and wish they told me ahead of time. But hey maybe they didn't know. This was for my boyfriend and I had just a bite but it was soooo good!!! The chicken was SO flavorful. I do wish they toasted the bread more, I'm not sure if they did toast it at all.
I also got spring rolls. And these are the spring rolls to get. They are STUFFED!!!! And they are the authentic pork/shrimp mix. They are so good and fat. And the peanut sauce was great too. They also included chili sauce as well which I thought was amazing since I prefer that in my peanut sauce.
They quoted me 15 minutes for to go. I got there in that time frame and I think I had to wait like 5-10 more minutes. There was someone before me with a to go order and I think someone after. They are still a new restaurant so I'm sure it is just some kinks they will work out over time.
They have so many other Vietnamese dishes that I will love to try when I am craving my moms cooking and need someone to satisfy it. Definitely try this place! It is my new favorite!! -

Came in late last night after a few ramen excursions that failed. Glad this place wasn't too busy! I got the large combination pho and my friend got the large steak pho, both of which were extremely delicious! We really enjoyed the broth and the meat was very fresh. The only thing was the tendon was kind of in weird chunks and grainy.. if you're into that.
We also got the spring rolls, which I thought were pretty on point. Stuff with vermicelli, but complete with shrimp and pork!
Overall, I would stop by again.
Pro-tip: parking near there is paid, so try to park in the neighborhood if you can- but it's cap hill and that's difficult! -

We came here looking for new Vietnamese places in the area, and this restaurant did not disappoint!
We ordered a few things off the menu, so I was able to try my pho as well as other dishes. If you're looking for a flavorful meat dish, definitely give the lemongrass chicken a try. Overal, portions here are generous so expect to leave feeling full! The large pho is probably enough for 1.5 to 2 people - I was only able to finish half myself.
Friendly waiters and staff with attentive service. -

Place never seems busy and I wonder why since the food is so good! I'm no pho expert, but I got the combo and I was extremely satisfied. So glad to live near this establishment! Also love the fresh spring rolls and I really like their sauce (and I'm usually really picky about it). Been here about three times and figured this place needed a shout-out!
